Botox , Dysport, Daxxify , Zeomin , Dermal Fillers, Biostimulators, and PDRN - placed by board certified Nurse Practitioners , three floors above historic King Street
Injectables are non surgical treatments. Neurotoxins relax the muscles that fold skin, Dermal Fillers restore volume & structure , Biostimulators stimulate your natural ability to produce collagen while offering structure & PDRN improves the quality of the skin. Every plan is created and implemented by a board certified nurse practitioner in downtown Charleston.
Three tools - and the guidance to know which one is for you. Used well it is nearly invisible: the eleven between your brows softens, your forehead stops creasing at rest, and nothing about your face announces that anything happened.
Our approach is deliberately conservative. We map your movement before we dose, treat the muscles that matter, and would far rather see you back in two weeks to add three units than take any away — because we cannot. You will still raise your brows. You will still look like you.
Charleston patients tend to start earlier than the national average, and they are right to. Preventative dosing in your late twenties and thirties keeps lines from etching into the skin at all, which is a considerably easier problem than erasing them later.
The vertical “11” lines between the brows.
Horizontal lines softened without dropping the brow.
Fine lines at the outer eye, kept expressive.
A millimetre or two of lift, placed precisely.
A subtle roll of the upper lip. No filler required.
Slimming the jaw and easing clench and grind.
Vertical neck cords relaxed for a cleaner jawline.
Underarm sweating, treated seasonally for Charleston summers.
We carry all four so the product can be matched to your muscle pattern and your calendar — not to whatever the practice happens to stock.
The benchmark. Predictable and precise — our usual starting point for first-timers and for fine, targeted work.
Spreads a little more generously, which makes it excellent across broad forehead and glabellar areas.
The longest-lasting of the three, for patients who would rather come in twice a year than four times.

Every first treatment is dosed on the conservative side and reviewed at two weeks. It costs you one extra visit and saves you three months of looking treated.
A full facial assessment — movement, asymmetry and history — before a single unit is planned.
Your provider maps your muscle pattern and agrees the plan and unit count with you.
Fifteen to thirty minutes. Ice, a fine needle, and no downtime afterwards.
A complimentary follow-up to assess onset and refine if anything needs balancing.
Members choose one signature treatment each month — 30 units of Botox, or the Dysport and Daxxify equivalent, is one of them. Founding memberships are $359.
It depends on your muscle strength and the areas treated — a first glabella treatment often sits around 20 to 25 units, and a full upper face closer to 40 to 50. Your provider maps your movement and quotes the exact number before treating.
No. Our default is deliberate under-treatment reviewed at two weeks. We treat the muscles creating the lines you dislike and leave the ones that carry your expression, so you will still raise your brows.
Botox is the predictable benchmark and our usual starting point. Dysport spreads slightly more, which suits broad forehead and glabellar work. Daxxify lasts up to six months. We carry all three and recommend based on your anatomy, not our inventory.
Onset is two to fourteen days depending on the product, with full settling by two weeks. For an event, book at least three weeks ahead so there is room for a review.
Stay upright for four hours and skip strenuous exercise, saunas and facials for 24 hours. Otherwise there is no downtime and no visible sign you have been treated.
Yes, and consistency is the point. Muscles treated regularly weaken gradually, so over the years most patients need fewer units, less often, to hold the same result.
Often, yes. Neurotoxin and filler are frequently done in the same visit, and laser or a facial can be sequenced around them. Your provider will advise the safest order.
