The Society
Signature Facial

Fully custom. Built around the skin you walk in with, not a protocol written last year.

In short

A sixty-minute custom medical facial. Your provider assesses your skin under magnification, then builds the treatment — exfoliation, extractions, masking, serums, LED — for that day. No downtime, and it is one of the monthly Society Circle selections.

What it includes

Six steps, chosen not scripted.

01

Assessment

Magnified skin analysis and a conversation about what has changed since your last visit.

02

Cleanse & exfoliate

Enzymatic or acid exfoliation selected for your barrier that day — gentle in winter, more active in summer.

03

Extractions

Steam and manual extractions where congestion warrants it. Charleston humidity means this is often the main event.

04

Mask

A medical-grade mask matched to the concern: calming, clarifying, brightening or barrier-repairing.

05

Serums

Layered actives — growth factors, polynucleotides, peptides — pressed into freshly prepared skin.

06

LED & SPF

Celluma LED to calm and finish, then sunscreen. Every appointment ends with sunscreen.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What is the Society Signature Facial?

{{ s0 }}

It is our fully custom facial — nothing is pre-set. Your provider assesses your skin under magnification at the start of the appointment and builds the treatment from there: exfoliation, extractions, masking, serums and LED chosen for the skin in front of her that day.

How is it different from a spa facial?

{{ s1 }}

Medical-grade products, provider supervision, and real correction. A spa facial is designed to feel lovely; this is designed to change your skin while also feeling lovely.

How long does it take?

{{ s2 }}

Sixty minutes, occasionally seventy-five if extractions need time. There is no downtime and you can wear makeup the same day, though we would rather you did not for a few hours.

Is it a good first appointment?

{{ s3 }}

It is the best first appointment. It gives your provider a full read on your skin and gives you a baseline before committing to a longer protocol like microneedling or peels.

Can I have it monthly?

{{ s4 }}

Yes, and most patients should. It is one of the monthly Society Circle selections, and monthly is the cadence at which facials actually compound.

What products do you use?

{{ s5 }}

Medical-grade lines only — Circadia, Hydrinity, Plated, Epicutis and Erba Migina, chosen per skin rather than sold as a fixed system.
