Every injection performed by board-certified nurse practitioners.
Every injection at The Society of Preservation is performed by a board-certified nurse practitioner — Casey Bourque, NP or Olivia Mascitti, NP — under the medical oversight of Dr. John Wang.
We are deliberately small. Every injection in this practice is performed by a board-certified nurse practitioner under physician oversight — never delegated, never rushed.

A South Carolina native and USC graduate, Kim brings more than two decades of experience across clinical medicine and medical device sales to The Society. Her vision was to create something distinctly different in Charleston — an elevated destination where modern aesthetics meet timeless beauty, clinical excellence is paired with genuine Southern hospitality, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated.
After years of traveling the world both professionally and through medical mission work, Kim is thrilled to bring her experience home to Charleston and welcome guests into a space designed around exceptional care, beautiful results, and meaningful connection.
I’m beyond excited about the progressive direction of aesthetics and wellness, and the way the two are becoming increasingly connected. To me, aesthetics is no longer simply about how we look — it’s about how we feel, how we age, and how we care for ourselves as a whole. My vision for The Society is to continue evolving alongside the industry, thoughtfully bringing together aesthetics and wellness in ways that contribute to confidence, longevity, and overall well-being.
With over ten years of experience in healthcare, Casey brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to aesthetic medicine. She believes the best results are the ones that enhance your natural beauty — subtle, refined, and authentically you.
Her philosophy is centered on education, trust, and creating treatment plans tailored to each individual, ensuring every patient feels confident, informed, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.
I’m excited to help build this incredible space and share more as I guide you through your aesthetic journey. I can’t wait to welcome you into a place where you can look and feel your very best.

Olivia is a board-certified nurse practitioner who combines clinical expertise with an aesthetic eye to deliver natural, confidence-boosting results. Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and exceptional client care, she believes every treatment should be personalized, educational, and centered around helping you look and feel like the very best version of yourself.
Originally from Upstate New York, Olivia traded snow boots for sandy beaches and now happily calls the Lowcountry home. She is a proud Buffalo Bills fan — with plenty of Gamecock spirit, too — and enjoys spending her free time at the beach, shopping for her next favorite find, and planning her next adventure.
Olivia is committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine and helping every client achieve their goals safely, confidently, and naturally.
Consider Hallie your first connection to The Society — and one of the reasons you’ll want to stay awhile. As our Curator of Guest Experience, she brings a thoughtful, concierge approach to every detail of your time with us, from your first consultation through your follow-up visits.
A Charleston local, Hallie believes genuine Lowcountry hospitality never goes out of style. Her natural warmth and love of connecting with people make her perfectly suited to creating the kind of experience we envisioned for The Society — elevated, welcoming, and never intimidating.
For Hallie, exceptional aesthetics are only part of the story. How you are welcomed, how you feel while you are here, and how well you are cared for matter just as much as the results.
Hallie is happiest spending time with her husband, Ted, their son, Gus, and her extended family. She has an eye for interiors, loves the thrill of a great thrifted find, and will take just about any excuse to be near the ocean — often boating in McClellanville.

Dr. Wang provides medical oversight for the practice, reviews every protocol we publish, and is available to our providers for any case that calls for a physician’s judgment.
There is a version of this business built on volume — six injectors, three rooms, twenty-minute slots, and whoever is free when you arrive. It is a perfectly viable way to run a medical spa and it is the opposite of what we wanted.
One suite and one small team means your provider remembers what your glabella did last spring, that you sail on weekends, and that you had a peel in November that you did not tolerate well. None of that lives in a chart as usefully as it lives in the memory of someone who has treated you eight times.
It also means we cannot see everybody, which is why membership carries priority booking and why founding seats are limited. We would rather be difficult to get into than easy to be disappointed by.

Continuity is a clinical advantage, not a courtesy. Faces are treated best by someone who has watched them across years.
A deliberately small calendar means membership is the most reliable way to see the provider you want, when you want her.
Every injection is performed by a board-certified nurse practitioner — Casey Bourque, NP or Olivia Mascitti, NP — under the medical oversight of Dr. John Wang. We never delegate injecting to non-medical or unlicensed staff.
Yes. Many patients develop a relationship with one provider and stay with her for years, which we encourage — continuity means someone who knows your face across seasons rather than across a single appointment.
Dr. Wang provides medical oversight, reviews the clinical protocols we publish and follow, and is available to our providers for any case requiring a physician’s judgement.
Both are board-certified nurse practitioners with dedicated aesthetic training. More relevant to you: both are conservative by instinct and both will tell you when a treatment is not indicated.
If you would like to, yes — just request her when you book. Priority booking makes this considerably easier, which is one of the quieter benefits of membership.
We are adding aestheticians in August. If you are a licensed aesthetician in the Charleston area, we would like to hear from you.
